Above; Little Hitlers (2006).These occasionally dystopian visual narratives stand as a personal response to the fragility of our shared existence. Most importantly, they hope to express a particular sensitivity, be it vulnerability, dislocation, rage, love.... That is all I am going to say. I would prefer that you draw your own conclusions from my work.
I would, nevertheless, be delighted to read your opinions - so please contact me should you have any comments or questions. I can assure you of a prompt reply.
Regarding equipment and method: Animus and Wonderland were shot with bastardized Holga medium format cameras. For Bliss I used an old Hasselblad 501, an 80mm lens, some extension tubes and a light table. I hired Canon digital equipment for Wounds and processed the work in Photoshop to the best of my abilities. Although post processing of all my film work is digital I attempt no more than could be achieved in a traditional dark room.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank family and friends for their support, especially my twin brother, Steve, for building and maintaining this site.
